Do you cover my area? +
We operate within a practical distance of central Hiroshima (Naka-ku and surrounding wards). Mention your address in your message and we will confirm availability.
How is pricing calculated? +
Indicative pricing is listed on each service page. Final pricing is agreed before any arrangement is confirmed, and does not change week to week unless the scope changes.
Can I request the same person each visit? +
We aim to send the same team member each week for household visits. If that is not possible, you will be told in advance. You can also request a different person at any time without needing to explain why.
