Each attendance is planned for the rooms you use most, the schedule your week already follows, and the small details — like how recyclables are sorted — that matter in this city. There is no renegotiation each visit. The arrangement holds.

A fixed schedule

Attendance at the same time each week so it becomes part of how the household runs, not an event to prepare for.

Identified attendance

Every member of the team carries identification. You know who is in your home, and you may request a change of staff without needing to explain why.

Consumables noted

When supplies in your home run low — soap, bin liners, cleaning materials — a note is left so nothing runs out unnoticed between visits.

Coverage by room type

Where time is given, and why.

The diagram shows the typical proportion of a two-hour household visit given to each area. Kitchen and bathroom together account for more than half — these are the rooms where surface conditions change quickest in this climate.

Kitchen

Surfaces, sink, hob surround, and waste sorting for collection. The area that shifts most between visits.

Bathroom & washroom

Basin, toilet, mirror, and floor. Humidity in this region means these need consistent attention.

Living room

Floors, reachable surfaces, and soft furnishings where dust settles during the week.

Entrance & hall

Entry floor and surfaces. The impression the home makes from the moment you step inside.

Naka-ku

Based in central Hiroshima, attending to homes and buildings within a practical distance of the city core.

ID carried

Each team member carries identification on every attendance. You are never asked to trust a stranger.

Our attendance record

A visible attendance record is left in the entrance after each building round. For households, a short note is left if anything was noticed during the visit that you may wish to act on.

Staff continuity

Where possible the same person attends your home each week. If that changes, you are told in advance. You may request a different member of the team at any time, without explanation.

Household Support

A fixed two-hour weekly attendance covering the rooms you use every day. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, waste handling — at a time that fits your week.

Internal cleaning of wall-mounted units — filter, heat exchanger, drainage pan, and fan drum — before summer or when an odour has been noticed on start-up.
