Three services

They can be arranged individually or alongside each other. All three operate on a fixed schedule, with identified staff on every attendance.

How to read this page

Three services, each with its own scope and schedule.

The services below are distinct. They do not overlap — each one addresses a different part of household or building maintenance. You can take one or, if your situation calls for it, more than one.

If you are unsure which one applies to your situation, send us a note. We will come back to you with a straightforward recommendation based on what you describe.

Weekly household cleaning support

Service one

Weekly Household Support

¥12,500 per attendance

A two-hour attendance each week, arranged at a fixed time so that it becomes part of the household's week rather than something to organise. Coverage includes the kitchen, bathroom and washroom, living room floors and surfaces, and waste separation prepared according to the local collection schedule.

Suited to dual-income households, residents who travel for work, and anyone whose week does not reliably leave two hours for this kind of work.

Included without additional charge

  • Laundry folding within the same two-hour window, on request
  • A note left when household consumables are running low
  • Substitution of rooms week to week — if one area needs less attention and another needs more, the time can be reallocated
  • Identified staff on every attendance; continuity with the same person where scheduling allows

Dual-income households

Two people working full-time rarely have a consistent two-hour window available on the same day each week. This arrangement removes the need to find one.

Residents who travel for work

A home maintained on schedule during travel means returning to an orderly space, not a backlog. The arrangement continues whether or not you are there.

Households with limited time

Cleaning tends to be deferred until it has accumulated into a larger task. A weekly visit prevents that pattern from forming.

Service two

Air Conditioning Interior Service

¥16,500 per unit

Internal cleaning of wall-mounted air conditioning units, covering the filter, heat exchanger, drainage pan, and fan drum. In Hiroshima's climate, humidity through the warmer months encourages growth inside these units — an odour on start-up is usually the first sign that cleaning is overdue.

The service takes approximately ninety minutes per unit. Protective covering is laid across the wall and floor before work begins. This service is appropriate before summer, or at any point where an odour or reduced airflow has been noticed.

Included without additional charge

  • Protective covering across wall and floor for the duration of the work
  • Rinse water collected in sheeting and removed from site — not disposed of down the household drain
  • A function check after cleaning, to confirm the unit is operating correctly
  • Guidance on the filter maintenance the household can carry out between professional services

Why this matters in Hiroshima

The local climate creates specific conditions inside AC units.

The heat exchanger and drainage pan of a wall-mounted unit operate in a cycle of cooling and warming air. In a humid summer, this creates persistent moisture inside the unit between cooling cycles — conditions where growth develops on the heat exchanger and fan drum in a way that would not occur in a drier environment. Cleaning before the season starts addresses this before the unit is operating continuously.

Approximately 90 minutes per unit

The time required to clean the heat exchanger and fan drum properly — not a surface clean of the filter alone.

Function check after completion

The unit is confirmed to be operating correctly before the team leaves the household.

Rinse water removed off site

Collected in protective sheeting and taken away. Nothing is left in the household drainage.

Shared building cleaning rounds

Service three

Shared Building Rounds

¥26,000 per month

A recurring service for the shared areas of small residential buildings — entrance halls, corridors, stairwells, lift interiors, mailbox banks, and bin stores. Attendance is twice weekly, scheduled outside peak resident movement to minimise disruption.

Intended for building associations and small management companies. The arrangement provides a consistent standard for shared areas that reflects on the building as a whole — and reduces the informal expectation that residents will handle it themselves.

Included without additional charge

  • A visible attendance record posted in the entrance after each round
  • Reporting of lighting faults or damage noticed during rounds — communicated to the building manager directly
  • Handling of recyclable materials in line with Hiroshima's municipal collection rules
  • Identified staff on every round; consistent personnel where scheduling allows

Areas covered in each round

Entrance hall

Floor, door surfaces, and the area inside the building's main entry. The first thing residents and visitors encounter.

Corridors & stairwells

Floors, handrails, and wall surfaces at the reaches most affected by daily resident movement through the building.

Lift interior

Floor, wall panels, and control surfaces. High-contact areas that accumulate quickly between attendances.

Mailbox bank

Surround and floor area, including any accumulated paper or packaging left in the vicinity.

Bin store

Floor and surround, with recyclables handled and separated in line with the local collection schedule.

Attendance record

A visible record posted in the entrance after each round. Residents can see when the round took place without needing to ask.

Combining services

The three services can run alongside each other.

If your household uses both the weekly support and the AC interior service, these are arranged as separate attendances — one as part of the weekly schedule, one as a single appointment before summer. There is no discount for combining services, but there is also no additional administrative overhead: both are handled under the same arrangement.

Household support + AC

Weekly attendance for the household, plus an AC interior service scheduled before summer. The most common combination for households with wall-mounted units.

Building rounds + household

Building managers who also own one of the units in the building may arrange building rounds alongside a household service for their own flat.

AC only

The AC interior service can be arranged as a standalone appointment — without a weekly household service — for households that manage their own cleaning but want the AC units handled professionally.

Across all services

Regardless of which service you arrange, these things hold.

Identified staff

Every person who attends carries identification. This applies from the first visit and every visit after.

Fixed schedule

The time is agreed once and held. No renegotiation each week or month.

Staff continuity

Where possible, the same person attends each time. If that changes, you are told before it happens.

Direct contact

A response to any concern within one working day. There is no queue or automated process for reaching us.
