What this offers you

A household that runs quietly in the background.

There is a particular kind of tiredness that comes not from one large task but from the ongoing awareness that several small ones are waiting. Floors that need sweeping. Surfaces that have gathered dust. A bathroom that has been overlooked for a few days longer than it should be.

This service is designed to remove that background weight. Not as a one-off intervention, but as a steady arrangement — an attendance that simply happens, at the same time each week, whether your schedule is calm or demanding.

A home that stays orderly between visits

The rooms covered each week do not accumulate — they are kept at a level where you notice them only for their comfort, not their condition.

One less thing to carry mentally

Knowing that the cleaning is handled — genuinely handled, on a fixed schedule — changes how you spend your time at home.

A schedule that holds without negotiation

The same time, the same coverage, each week. You do not need to arrange it again. It simply continues.

Flexible within the arrangement

If a particular room needs attention one week instead of another, that can be accommodated. The structure is consistent; the coverage can shift.

What tends to happen instead

Cleaning gets deferred. Then it becomes a task in itself.

The deferral pattern

A busy week means the kitchen gets a quick wipe but nothing thorough. The bathroom is passed over. By the weekend, several rooms need attention at once — and the time to give them that attention is the same time that was needed for everything else.

The accumulation problem

Hiroshima's humidity means surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms need consistent attention rather than occasional effort. When cleaning is infrequent, the same time investment yields less — conditions have had longer to settle.

For households with less time

Dual-income households and residents who travel frequently for work often find that cleaning either falls to one person disproportionately, or is simply left until it cannot be. Neither outcome is comfortable to live with.

How this service works

Two hours, the same time each week, arranged once.

The attendance window is two hours. Within that time, the rooms that matter most in your household receive full attention — not a surface pass, but considered coverage of each area.

The schedule is fixed at the point of arrangement. You choose a time that suits your week, and that time holds. There is no need to confirm or reschedule each week — the attendance happens as agreed, and you are informed if anything changes on our side.

If you are out during the attendance, the team works independently. If you prefer to be present, that is equally workable. Either approach can be arranged at the outset.

Kitchen surfaces and sink

Work surfaces, the sink basin, hob surround, and the visible front of appliances. Waste is separated in line with Hiroshima's collection schedule.

Bathroom and washroom

Basin, toilet, mirror, floor, and towel rail. These rooms are given the time they need in a humid climate.

Living room floors and surfaces

Floors swept or vacuumed and mopped where applicable. Reachable surfaces dusted. The space you return to each evening.

Waste separation prepared

Hiroshima's sorting requirements are followed carefully. Bins are left ready for the relevant collection day.

What the arrangement looks like

A few weeks in, it simply becomes part of how the household runs.

First visit

Getting acquainted

The team arrives at the agreed time. They work through the rooms discussed, and note anything they were unsure about. You have the opportunity to adjust anything that did not feel right.

Following visits

The arrangement settles

The same person attends where possible. They already know how your home is organised, which rooms you want covered, and how you prefer things left.

Week to week

Adapting when needed

If you would like a different room covered one week — or laundry folding added within the window — that can be arranged. The structure holds; the coverage can shift.

Ongoing

Quiet continuity

When supplies are running low, a short note is left. No phone call needed. The arrangement requires very little on your side once it is in place.

Pricing

Straightforward, with no hidden additions.

The cost per attendance is ¥12,500. This covers two hours of work across the rooms agreed upon at the time of arrangement.

There is no joining fee and no minimum contract term. The arrangement continues for as long as it is working well for both sides. If your circumstances change, a short notice period is all that is needed.

Prices do not include consumption tax unless stated. Please ask at the point of enquiry for the current rate-inclusive figure.

How this works in practice

A service that holds its own standard each week.

Consistent attention

The same rooms receive the same quality of work each week — not a thorough clean followed by a cursory pass. The standard does not drift.

Climate-aware approach

Hiroshima's warm, humid summers mean certain surfaces need more frequent and considered attention than in drier climates. That is taken into account in how time is distributed.

Visible and accountable

Staff carry identification. You can always confirm who is in your home. You may request a different team member at any time, and no explanation is required.

What to expect in the first month

Week 1

First attendance. The team familiarises itself with your home. You provide any preferences or adjustments before or after.

Week 2

The arrangement begins to settle. The same person attends where possible. Coverage follows what was discussed.

Week 3

By this point, the household rhythm has absorbed the attendance. You may not notice it is happening — only that things remain in order.

Week 4

If the arrangement is working well, it continues without further input. If anything needs adjustment, it is a short conversation.

Our commitment to you

If something does not feel right, we would like to know.

We do not expect the first attendance to be perfect. Homes are individual, and what works in one does not always translate to another. That is why we build in a review after the first visit — and remain open to adjustments at any point.

If a particular aspect of the service consistently falls short of what was agreed, we address it directly. There is no process to navigate and no need to raise a formal complaint.

There is no obligation from an initial conversation. We are glad to discuss your household, suggest what might work well, and leave the decision entirely with you.

Staff continuity

Where possible, the same person returns each week. If that changes, you are told in advance.

Staff change request

You may ask for a different member of the team at any time. No reason is required and none will be asked for.

No long commitments

The arrangement continues for as long as it serves you. A short notice period is all that is needed if you wish to pause or stop.

Initial consultation

A conversation to understand your household before committing to anything. No cost, no obligation.

Getting started

One short message is all it takes to begin.

Step one

Send us a note

Tell us your name and how to reach you. If you know which rooms concern you most, mention that — it helps us give you a useful first reply. Use the contact form on the home page.

Step two

A short conversation

We follow up within one working day. A brief discussion about your household, your schedule, and which rooms matter most — usually fifteen minutes or less.

Step three

First attendance arranged

We agree on a time and the rooms to be covered. The first attendance typically happens within the following week or two, depending on scheduling.
